It does?!?!?! Why was I not informed?! I seriously didn't know this, either because I never really used the hazard lights (hey, my civic just never breaks down on the road) or more likely every hazard light switch i've seen has a burnt out bulb.

OMG, mod doesn't know that the Haz switch doesn't light up. Time for pennance I think... Your choice: 5 timing belt changes or 5 complete engine/cabin wiring harness removals

I'll take 5 timing belt changes over swapping harnesses any day. I've seriously never seen one of those switches light up, ever.

This is a hilarious thread. Don't waste your money at Honda for one of those bulbs. It's like $8 or some BS. Find ANY Honda or Acura at a junkyard and pull a dozen bulbs (that's what I do), or else go to Radio Shack and do this: https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...lb+replacement

I Highly Doubt that your gonna find a working light bulb from a junkyard if all theses people on honda tech bulb doesn't work lol

I wouldn't be surprise this discovery would be on Honda Tuning Magazine now.

^ No. THere's about a bazillion other bulbs in every car that will fit the Haz bulb. They're a standard dash light/switch bulb in just about every Honda. Uh, don't pull the Haz bulb though.

No when you turn your head lights on, theres a bulb in there and it lights up the hazard symbol. I've replaced mine thats the only reason it works.

Also if you guys didnt know the ciggerette tray lights up to. Alot of the egs ive been in those were burnt out aswell.

Plus the answer is ... neither. It's a neo-wedge bulb... v. tiny.

Tried LED. Never could get it to work. Just get a bulb. I figured out it lit up about 2 years ago. Mine never worked and the switch graphic was looking tired so I found a nice one at the yard and was surprised when it lit up.
