Default Idle problems on a B20VTEC Turbo

Alright guys I did a turbo on my b20 VTEC and i am having an idle problem but not all the time. The car runs great but sometimes at random the check engine light comes on for the idle air control valve and the idle jumps to 1300 and then goes back and forth real fast. I have changed the idle air control valve and that didn't change anything. Also when this problem happens the car jerks really bad when i take my foot off the gas and then put my foot back on the gas. Like i said the car runs perfect any other time and couldn't be happier but I just have this one small problem and any help would be appreciated.

Does the cel come on only when you're in boost?

I have checked the vaccum lines and all is good there. What do i check on the TPS sensor? It doesn't happen when i hit boost. Last night for instance I was sitting in a gas station not doing anything and all of the sudden it kicked in. Its really strange becuase then I can turn off the car and all is well for a little while until I stop again.

eh, im newby but I just read some on forced induction info and it said that you would need to get new fuel injectors, fuel rail etc to pump more gas since there is more air. If you dont get more fuel going into the engine it may cause detonation(which is off-beat combustion) inside the motor. Aslo search to see if you need to adjust your ''retard'' by w/e degrees. What I just said may be all bs but just tryin to help.
