Since you did a swap into a hatchback and hatchbacks only came with 3-wire IACV's [6th gen], have you done the appropriate modifications to the main engine harness (actual IACV connector) and swap wires at the ECU connector?
Have you reset the ECU? Does the code come back immediately? If no, does it come back on at a specific time, all the time?
What ECU are you using? Jumper harness too?

its was working fine until i got into an accident..the car was not running for about 1 month..but when i start it up again it was idling at about 2500rpm..it drop later on to 1500rpm..i had a mechanic try to fix it..now its at 5-6oorpm..but it would shut off from time to time..we have check everything, even cleaning the intake manifold and change the air filter..

If you take the short ram intake off and you stick your finger in the hole of the throttle body it idles fine, but if you take your finger off of that little hole it idles high. Anybody have a clue??

When you did this, was the motor hot?
The bottom hole is for the FITV, correct? The FITV sits in coolant; the coolant needs to be hot for it to seal off the air passage. So if the engine was hot, and you still had air being pulled into this opening - do the FITV 'fix'.
