Default Idle in the cold

my del sol has a mini me swap on it.

Only in cold weather it will idle at like 2500 and slowly work its way down to 700rpm like it should. what could it be? o2 sensor? tps? cts? timing is to advanced??

also if i do a tune up to it could i squeeze a little more power out of it?

thanks alot guys

Not sure what the video is meaning to show us.

It's normal for a cold engine to high idle and for the idle speed to drop as the engine warms.
