comon misconception... you want a better handing car go with ALITTLE stiffer or stock dampening with bigger sway bars, and let your body roll onto the sway bars. Stiff dampening will make your car feel stiff but acutally hurts your cornering ability.. ask any TRUE car builder. if the motor ways down the front end just lift it up to make up the differance with the coil overs.

tell that to everyone that runs a stock class for autocross.
but to add to the sway bar comment, add some new bushings too.
