well u can go to ur local performance shop and get them to get u all the parts and istall it.. not to be dick but obviously by what ur saying this is ur first swap.. u dont need to be worryin about obd0- odb1 wiring etc any real honda guy knows xactly what im talkin about.. so honestly get a shop to do it.. or at least some one that knows what they are doing.. but good luck

you're best bet would be to find a 94-01 5spd Integra parts car and use everthing from that

you have a Hydro tranny in your 93 civic. The 90 teg has cable- thats issue #1
#2 you have a OBD1 car you are putting a OBD0 motor in. You need to find a OBD1 Intake manifold and swap it over, obd1 distributor, and obd1 alternator.

To be honest, just do it right and pickup a OBD1 or 2 LS swap
you dont want to use a cable tranny in your hydro car
you dont want to hack the hell out of the wiring
why not get a fresher motor out of a newer car?

just helpful reminders.
You will pretty much be able to bolt it right in and it will look factory if you take my recomendations

Trust me ive been 17 before and tried doing swaps. I didnt take anyones advice and ended up wasting a lot of time.- First things first, id recomend you dont sell the motor yet. Hold onto it until your cars running with the new one- u never know when you may need lil part.

Secondly use that motor, but USE A IM, DIZZY, and ALTERNATOR from a 94-95. That will make life much easier. Your factory wiring harness should bolt right up. Axles you should be fine
B series shift linkage will work, as well as mounts from a 94+

Now tranny wise get a hydro tranny

by the way it sounds you should read and search before attempting anything.
