I have a b18c5 in my EG... But i have a b16 intake manafold, i believe it is off of a 92-95 del sol w/ vtec obviously. Which would be b16a3 i think..Well the problem is the air idle control valve on the back of the intake manafold is shot n im gettin too much air and causing a idle sourge etc etc..Would i have to buy the same Air Idle Control Valve from a del sol vtec or would i be able to find one off a b18c or ls motor to match up and have the same direct fit?? If any1 has any suggestions or knows answer to my questions please make a post...MANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

they should all be the same, i've swapped them around on b and d series, as long as it was b-series to b-series or d-series to d-series, and i've never had any problems. But like i said, I'VE never had a problem, there may be some people that say it wont work. Just my $.02, hope it helps

sweet..so if i found a b18 or a ls motor it shoud fit and bolt on. i just wanna get the right part bc i dont wana mess anything up.. any other comments or suggestions please post

Are you sure the fast idle just doesn't need to be tightened? Such was the case on my z6.
