i got some Xentec H.I.D kits last week.... only had them for a week... they are both 8000k and one blew first... would not turn on anymore then last night the left one blew and just flickers in the beginning and then turns off.... i ordered new ones but i am afraid these will also blow... what might be the problem???

I had this happen on my drivers side headlight, what happened to mine was the wire was partially exposed. So i put electrical tape on the exposed wire and It works fine now. But id run with what 1LowSol said.

trips customs sales those replacements for $35 shipped /pair.
but seriously, make sure you clean the glass with alcohol good and wipe it dry before you put them in. oils from your fingers can cause hot spots on the glass and cause them to go bad, same with halogens.
