i have a problem,..PLEASE HELP
okay,...my car is idling really low,...like at 500,...i tried to screw out the idle screw or whatever u call it,...allllllllllllllllll the way out and still have the problem,...and like wen i try to hold it steady at like anything over 1500 it just bounces,...can any tell me whats my problem???oh and im running a 98 B18B with just a intake and catback,...i used the jumper from skunk2 to convert to obdI,...i tried to put the obdII two ecu back in and it still does that,...so whats my problem,..it cant be because im running without a catalytic converter could it???? need help cause this is getting annoying,..its idlin so low that wen i start my car i have to hold it at 1000 for like 30 secs so that my car will stay on,... and if i dont let my car warm up for like 10 mins then she is not drivable,..makes me look like i can drive a manual,...help would be appreciated,...thanks

the one on the throttle body i think,...wen i screw it all the way in my car starts and i let go of the gas it dies,,..pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee help

yea thast what i thought to,..but den i hear people like drag say vac lines,...i dont know,..i think im gonna try to get a new IAC and see what happens

when I first did my motor swap, I had two lights. The IACV and the o2 sensor. When I would rev the engine up, right around 1500, it would bounce...if I gave it more gas, it would go over like normal...
Also, when I came to a stop, my car would die sometimes, the idle was way too low.
Sounds like some of the same symptoms. I'll almost bet that it's the IACV.
