Ok guy I buy a ek hatch shell and today I send the car to a bodyshop for paint and when I open the door was full of water both side driver and passenger more in the driver side and I make a quick look around and I don't find no wet spot no where all I find was inside the door was wet in the driver side u guy think half inch of water can get in between the door and the window glass I need ideas to look (and the hatch is 98 and have 00 si door)

I had water in my door from the seal between window and door leaking. Replaced those and im good now. Are yours in good shape or all cracked up? you could dry out the door and run the hose over that piece and see if more comes in.

Remove your fenders and by the hood hinge you will see a few seems that are sealed with glue stuff. At least they're suppose to be. It probably came off or removed and never revealed. Grab some seam sealer or similar and glue it up

I would be asking the body shop WTF is up with the water in my car. It could be from the wet sanding if they painted it but they should be aware of that and do things to prevent a ton pf water getting in.

The body shop taka the car today to star working on the car and paint the car the guy say he is going to check how the water is getting in I ask here to see if when I go to the shop in the week he check all the spot that can may liking water thank guys for the help and sorry for my English lol
