this is kind of an old post and i already installed a b18c1. i put a skunk2 intake manifold on it bought a cai aem. I got a sir gauge cluster and some skunk2 coils. I still have like 2 grand left so ideas are welcome still...

I kinda found a person who sold a 1987 0r 89 which ever had the turbo. grand natinal turbo for 3000 bucks. i was going to buy it but it got sold, i had to work 2 weeks to get the money and it was sold. man, that car hauls ***!! i asked her why so cheap, and she said that her son had died in a car accident and that it was in a garage for the longest time and she just wanted to get rid of it.

haha jk.....maybe get some more bolt ons, work up suspension more, wheels, **** so many options......
me, i'd go to a driving school or two and learn how to handle your car
or if u want to be fast in the straights a budget turbo kit would do the trick

Theres soo much you could do with 7 grand, if i was you i wouldnt spend that much on paint and see if you can work a supercharger into the budget.

2 grand left huh? get a set of wheels and sticky tires and try to spend the other 1000 on a decent macco paint job maybe get some oem or vision corners and your car will be pretty nice

i would get the car primo condition (ie: paint, body, interior)
then spend the rest and buy a motor swap from IAS and have the bish installed with all the proper bolt ons.
