im about to buy some hx rims for 200 bucks with tires do you guys think they are worth it , they are in ok condition no huge scratches just normal wear and tear

Are the tires any good? If they're in good shape, it really doesn't matter for 200 bucks, it's a good deal.

200 bucks is a real good price ive seen users try to sell them for 400 plus with shoddy tires hx rims are fairly hard to come by so if you get a deal jump on it....ive been looking for a set since the beginning of the summer talked to a bunch of users selling them and so far no rims

Yes, I agree. That is a good deal. HX wheels are WAAAAAY lighter than Si's. Si's weight around 18 pounds each. HX's weigh less than 12. That is a lot when you are talking about unsprung weight.

HX wheels only came on HX's whereas "Si's" came on Si's, and newer Civics as an option...

HX's are nice and light, but they are only 5.5in. wide. it would be nice to stretch these to 6.5in. but that would be the same in pricing as picking up some team dynamics. i have a set of HX' BTW painted gunmetal i might dump them for the right price.

yeah its a good deal. they are light as hell, look good, and are made by enkei. i paid 300 for a set of tsw's, then traded them even for a set of gsr phat fives. so i would jump on it if i had the money!!
