Default How would I even out the tilt w/o....

I got a '95 civic coupe Ex and it has that stock tilt, so the back of the car sits higher than the front and looks like a stinker bug. It has the stock suspension, and I was wondering if theres any way to lower the back to make it ride even with the fronts height without having to buy anything like new springs e.t.c. I've heard of people heating the springs but I don't want to do that because it supposidely makes the car really bouncy and I don't want that. I also don't want to sacrifice the quality of the stock suspension. I think the back would need about a 1 inch drop but I'm not too sure.
MUCHOS GRACIAS

Cut the spings with an angle grinder.. just cut a little and you should be good.. Id just leave it the way it is or get some after market springs or coil overs
