Default How to swap Speedometers? Please help!!!

Hi, I know this probably has been covered, but I could.t find what I needed from the search.

I just got the 93 EX cluster that I won off Ebay, and the hooking up part seems simple enough. But the swapping speedometers part to keep my mileage the same seems complicated now that I actually have the guages. How do I swap them.
There are many small screws in the back on top of some copper paper like circuitry. I'm really confused please help! Any one have any pics?

And there seems to be only two places to plus in the harnesses. one yellow and one green. I thought there were supposed to be three?

yeah this seems more complicated than I thought. hehehe. Good luck to you too. How much did you pay, and what year? I paid $96 plus 22 for shipping, but I also got the clock for 12

there should be clips on the corners to take off the cover. then take out the screws.

dont be scared to fiddle with it.
