Not positive it's the same as a hatch, but mine has one bolt under the back of the seat (twoards the back) on the drivers side (just to the side of the divider. The only way I can see mine is to get in the hatch and pull up the carpet. Other than that, it's just 2 big clips...just pull and it should come out once you take off the bolt and the 2 clips.
