Whats up guys. I have a 96 ek hatch and the road noise is pretty loud. What are some things i can use to deafen road noise? I heard dynamat is good but is heavy. Also if i do get somesort of sound deafener where should i place it all? Thanks

Start off with getting better tires. The vast majority of road noise is caused by poorly worn, or just straight up **** tires.

Better tires, alignment, tire pressure not maxed out.

I had crap tires on my car and it was ok noise wise. New tires and an alignment and now it's pretty darn quiet! I got tires with a solid center rib...which probably quiets them a bit.

you can use plasti dip to spray metal in trunk. it will act like dynamat.
