That's a 94 civic DX with an ITR 5lug conversion. The RL calipers, brackets, pads all bolt up. I did it because I had to run a spacer on the RSX rims with the stock ITR calipers, not for the additional stopping power. I hate spacers...
Additional info:
If you want 11.8" rotors and twin piston calipers, all you need to do is use the RL Brackets with Legend or NSX calipers.
Good job on the thread Redline96LX

UPDATE
Ladies and gentlemen, the rear brake chart!!!
Not perfect, and not a steb by step on a rear disc swap, like bits and tips on running e-brake cables, but I'll add that, I just threw this out now to get the info out, I will tweak the install process to make it so MORE people can understand the technical stuff. For now, the tuners know what I mean.

great information there, it covered a lot of grounds and clears up a lot of questions I personally had.
Although, I do still have one for you.
I have a 96 EX w/ ABS (so rear drums) which is the same/offered 96-00.
If I wanted to change up to rear discs, it was my understanding, I needed to do integra rears because all models except RS (excluding R) came with ABS.
Is this true? or can I swap over to 99-00 Si rear disc setup? (no ABS on 99-00 Si)

Re: (Vero)
Thank you sir for adressing this issue, I did not think of this.
I have no proof, but bear with me.
I have considered taking the hub/bearing off of the drum spindle (cause it has the ABS ridges) and bolting it onto the disc spindle.
Front and rear wheels can be swapped on the Si and EX, so the bore at the tip of the hub is the same.
The hub's center cap is the same part number.
The EX and Si have the same rear track, so the drum/disc are the same height. Therefore the hubs have to be the same height, or so close that it isnt noticable, like the thickness of the rotor's hat and drum's top are not the same thickness.
Based on this, I think it would be possible to take your drum hub/bearing and bolt it onto the disc spindle.
Yes an integra spindle would bolt in perfectly, or you could hunt down a rear hub from a canadian 99 Civic SiR (same as our USDM 99 Si cept they put ABS on it for the ice covered roads of canada).
I will check compatibility if I can.

Re: (Redline96LX)
hmmm, I dont know at all if it would be possible. If it is, that would be great.
I am curious because when you look on most sites, they sell the rear disc conversions but they never mention the car it cam off of. I could end up with a non-abs rear setup and be in trouble otherwise.
If it's as simple as swapping hub/bearings, I'd go for a rear disc.

Re: (Vero)
fantastic post! i vote this become an FAQ sticky
about the prop valves on the EKs. the si valve has the exact same part number as the cx and dx civics from 96-00
99-00 si prop 46210-S04-902
96-99 cx/dx prop 46210-S04-902
96-00 the civic EX is a different valve.

Re: (Vero)
Vero, I cannot confirm that the two hubs are 100% interchangable, but I'm pretty sure they would be based on dimensions of other parts.
UPDATE: More information, clearer terms, and a more colorful rear upgrade chart!

Re: (Mt3c)
The Rear ITR, RSX, EP3 rear discs are 10.2" in diameter.
VERIFIED.
And yeah, you did a kick *** write up, I'll have pics of setups eventually as visuals.

Re: (Redline96LX)
AirbagClub's writeup orginally used the GSR/LS rear caliper on the EP3/DC5 carrier, until I showed him that EP3/DC5 calipers can be used when flipped to the other side.
02-05 Civic Si have 10.3" front, 10.2" rear
just went back into the archieves at some research i did when searching the rear brake upgrades. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=874077 at the time, the links all worked.
On a side note, specs for the 06 Si are 11.8" front/ 10.2" rear. I wonder if those are the same components as the 99-00 TL?

Re: (flatblackEK)
You are absolutly right, the rear 99-00 Si/90-01 Integra rotors are 9.4" discs, and the ITR/RSX/EP3 discs are 10.2" discs. Sorry, so many people lie and guess.
When airbag club had the Integra/Civic calipers on the back, he was using the 10.2" rotor, but the smaller caliper. He used the big brake pad, tho the wearing wasnt great. What you can do with the setup I listed, is use the Civic/Integra caliper over the 10.2" rotor by using a 3EP bracket (from the RSX/EP3/ITR) but use the Integra/civic small brake pads. This acts like a big brake kit in the rear, not as good as using the ITR rear calipers, but theres no bleeding, and you only need bigger rotors and one part.

Re: (jetpilot)
jetpilot, I think I said this already but I'll check.
Using Legend or Vigor calipers, they are identical to ITR calipers except you swap the right to left, and left to right to keep the bleeder pointing up, no problems with that at all, I have it on my car. The Vigor and Legend 1-pot caliper both come with the same 23T bracket (meant for a 23mm thick rotor).
BUMP for more precise info and prettier colors!!
