You'll need to replace your o-rings that sit where the spark plugs are, you're letting oil seep into them.

Get yourself some NGK V-Power and gap them to 1.1mm via Honda spec.

Make sure your timing is within spec aswell.

NGKs can be bought at any parts store.

Change your thermostat and flush your radiator and top it off. See if that helps. Definitely get a OEM thermostat.

if anything i would go with the hot call, but they are kinda cheesey plugs. You could go one level colder on the plugs for safetys sake, i think it would be a 6?

How many miles were on those? The color and electrode deformities could indicate plain ole lack of tune. The white could be from burn temp out of range, or from a lean burn, from possible cloggage in the FI's, high octane, fuel delivery prob (gas cap ok?), primarily commuting long-distance at high speed over the years???

I haven't replace the plug for about 2 years.
I would say i have put about 20k on these.
I picked up this motor at about 80k and now has about 100k on it.
What can I do if I am running lean?
Yes, my gas cap is ok, and I just did a sea foam last week and smoked like heck

i'll hopefully replace these by wednesday, Final Paper > Me

what else can i check?

the seal is bad, oil gettin in. they look a tad hot.
seriously, your honda (all of them) should use NGK. they are the best for your motor hands down. ngk iridium. best plug, and will give ya 100,000 miles at normal driving.
