Default How much should I pay for 99 si?

I recently sold my teg and found a 99 si. I don't know how much I wanna pay for it though. The lady is asking $5995 for it. Description of the car is as follows: third owner, no mods, clean title, recent timing belt/water pump, plugs and wires, brakes, clutch, 133k mi (highway). what are you seeing these go for? should I pick it up?
