How much should it cost to get this done at a shop?

Default How much should it cost to get this done at a shop?

I have all the parts.. Just need them installed (Dont have the time). How much would be an acceptable price?

Install Pistons and rings with light hone
Install Rods
Install Jackson Racing Supercharger
Install Clutch Kit

for a supercharger install, i would charge about 5 bills

a clutch is like 400 so prob a lot more than its worth

Well, depends on what shop. Some cost as low as 50$ an hour, to 80 an hour. Usually its about 60 an hour though.

thats a lot of **** to do though, i would sepext around...
1000$ to1500$???? I don't even know which block/head (and tranny for clutch install) your using so.... good luck

I'm leaving to go out to sea for this week so I'll have to call the shops on Friday. I'm in the Navy so it's hard for me to get some time to do the work myself. I wish I could. Just trying to get this last stuff done before I go home for christmas so I can drive the car!

Jackson Racing installed 400
Clutch install: 200

I dont do pistons or rods, yet. But you need it hone'd thats machine shop work.

if your in LA 323 area my friends dad install clutches for 105...in bout 3hrs and supercharger for 500 buck he own mechanic shop

Why dont you wait until you get back from the navy and do it, save you the money and the trouble of bs problems that may occur.

it will be expensive if you don't do it yourself.

at least try to install the clutch and supercharger yourself if you can.


your car should move once its tuned
