Default how much power can a d16y motor's rods handle?

ive looked around but cant find anything on it. If the motor has vitara pistons for turbo and stock rods, at what point will those rods snap? JW

I don't think they would hold much more than 250hp at the wheels. Maybe less.
D rods are pretty thin. I could be wrong. I'm sure someone else will chime in that knows more.

I think a stock D series block (rods) will safely handle up to 220hp before you need to build/replace them.
