since u really dont' have anything else (I mean u have titanium valve springs, but since ur not pushing a lot of HP they're basically useless on a stock D16Z6), ur gain will be very low, like around 5 tops, if u want more, get a whole exhaust system to go with 'em, that'll kick it a bit

yah bro, just header wont do it, the air will folw smooth and fast threw the header but then itll get to catalitic convertor, and the 1.5" stock piping and itll all goto waist. u need a full exhaust if u want headers too. if u do the full exhaust amagine u go 2.25 which i think would be ur best bed, or even 2" would be good. than ullgain like 6-9 horse power which is very noticable when u drive it.

im starting to question how smart you are with tuning... Titanium valve springs and retainers, stage 2 act clutch...all on a nearly stock engine... a exhuast would get you alot more hp than headers... if you think about it you are trying to push more gases out of a (INSANE BACKPRESSURE) stock exhaust, which would pratically make your headers worthless... sorry to sound like a flamer but reserch a little...
better watch out though, you might be pushing to much hp for your stage 2 clutch... since your stock one couldnt handle the amount of hp your pushing
