how much hp gain from a skunk2 stage 1 cam for sohc vtec?
the motor is the jdm d15b vtec. it is basically stock except for I,H,E and an untuned VAFC. will i receive significant gains from a skunk2 cam? will it be worth the $500?

in my opinion u might as well throw an adj cam gear with that then get it dyno tuned to get satisfaction from this mod. personally i won't pay 5bills for the gains. if all ur worried about are gains u might as well spray for five.

I dont think the Stage 2's are even available yet.
I checked on Skunk2's website and it said "To be announced".
The stage 1 cam just came out not too long ago. If you wait a little while the price may drop some.

on the single cam id say save the 500 toward a turbo kit. you could sell your header and intake and the 500 you would spend of the cam. thats well on your way to a home made turbo kit for a single cam. and you already have a vafc. a turbo will be worth the gain.
