How much is a good price for this 1999 Honda Civic si
plz help me out.. im kinda torn on how much i should offer this guy for his si.
here is some info..
Vehicle Description
This car is all showcar material with plenty of horsepower when you need it.Stock body has 63,000 miles but body kit has 5,000 miles and the engine only has 1,500 miles on it with 280hp. Over 20,000 dollars invested in it.
Car Specs:
All work was done by TunerM in New Jersey
Engine was bored .30 over with JE 9:1 pistons. Titanium springs, valves, and retainers. Port and Polish Head.
Custom Web cut Cams. Jackson racing supercharger with boost upgrade kit and boost timing controller, gets about 10-11psi of boost.
AEM Cold-Air Intake. ACT stage 3 clutch. AEM Cam gears. AEM Fuel Rail w/Fuel Pressure Regulator
Tanabe 3in Exhaust. DC Ceramic Header
Apex'i AFC Computer Module
Ground Control Coil-overs. Tokico Struts and Shocks. DC Sports Strut Bar. Konig 17in Rims with New Falken Tires.
Wings West Body Kit. Kaminari Hood w/ carbonfiber. Z3 Fenders.
Shaved Tail Lights and Eblems. Carbonfiber Tail Lights. Projecter Headlights. White cages throughtout Body-kit. Under Body Neon Kit.
Drilled Rotors w/ Performance Brakes.

2 1/16 Air Fuel Ratio.

(It's good that you did some reputable engine mods, but everything you've done to the exterior is gross)
But thats aside the point. Part it out. Trust me when i say you will get alot of your money back. With your mods, in it's condition expect around 15k. It sounds like nothing, but there are much nicer SI's with alot more $$$ invested that have sold for less.
Now if you part it out and put the stock stuff back on, you could easily make 3-4K. And sell the car around 12-13K stock.

i got the guy down to 12,500 for the car. Even thow i dont really like the body kit on it, and the hood. Im thinking about still buying the car. Even maybe reselling it.

pic doesn't work, but i would buy it, just b/c si's that year go for about that, w/o the engine work. just take off the kit and keep it clean
