If you have the code you just need to reset the ecu (as you have probobally already locked the headunit if you are asking this) and then just push the numbers if I remember correctly.

EDIT: You may possibly have to press the program button first. I know on an Accord I had to do this, but not on a Prelude...

press the round **** to turn it on, instead of coming on it will display : CODE. Then just use the radio preset buttons to enter the code and it will beep once and begin to operate normally.
