how hard to change pistons!!!!!!quick!

Default how hard to change pistons!!!!!!quick!

this guy has my head apart he says its a lot of labor to change pistons how hard is it he says its gunna cost a lot of cash is this true or is it simple if the engine is already dropped n the head is already off based on 1- 10 10 bein the hardest how hard would u consider it ????? quick thankszz

its the b16a2 i want to put 11.5 : 1 compression pistons tell me whats up n how hard thanks

you have to disassemble the block, separate the pistons from the rods, then press the wrist pins into the new pistons and rods, then you have to check clearances, space the rings, etc...its very time consuming, and labor = time x money

obviously it is hard.. that is why u cant do it yourself. time consuming.

yea...it's pretty hard, but if u want it done, u gotta pay the $$$ or else do it yourself.... assuming ur mechanically inclined. But that ish is time consuming...and i mean time consuming

If its your first time doing this then it would probably take you about a week or 2 to get it right. If you got the skills it could be done in 2 days. If not 2 weeks.
