Default how to get front right spindel off?

ya i was at the track yesterday and one of my lug nut's got welded to the lug bolt so i used some elbo grease to get it off and it stripped out the lug bolt pretty badly, so i went to oriely and got a new one and i cant seem to understand how to take off the hub so i can get the bolt off. i really need help because this is a daily driven car and i dont wish to run around with only 3 lug bolts holding on my wheel. please get back asap i am in desperate need of help. btw the car is the one i had pictures on here earlyer, it ran 12.4 seconds in the quarter and 118 trap speeds. the slicks are m&h 22" tall, 10"wide for 13" by 8" bogart racing rims. my best 60 foot time was 1.85 on open dif and stock axels. if i can find a movie host i will put some up.

You can just hammer out the stud, but you will need to press out the hub to pull out the stud and put the new one in. Undo your axle nut, take off the upper ball joint nut, take off the lower ball joint nut, then take off the tie rod end nut. If you have a sway bar, disconnect that too. Then remove the spindle/hub assembly and get the wheel bearing/hub pressed out and swap out the stud. Install in reverse order
