How to fix EG cup holder???? Wont stay closed????
Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix the cupholders in 92-95 civic's. My cupholder doesnt want to stay closed.
I have a spring and a black plastic piece that should be in place but isnt.
Does anyone know how to fix it or, do i need a new one?

i thought it was pretty clear.
i have the cupholder assembly that looks like the one above except in black.
The lid wont close it remains open.
I also have a plastic piece and a spring, just wondering if its fixable or if i need to replace it all.
if it is fixable, how do i do it, since i tried and the plastic piece i have wont stay in place.
