How fast is turbocharge si?
Anybody here have a turbocharge si or know someone with one? I like to know if it pulls hard, are there alot of problems with turbocharged si? What are pros and cons? Anyone seen or have ran at track i want to know how fast they run 1/4 mile.

So you want to flame? Are you promoting flaming? If you are, it doesn't belong anywhere on Honda-Tech.

The car can be as fast as you want it to be with the knowledge of an expert builder plus how much money you got, ive seen fully blown up si's run 10's and seen turbod si's with 4-6lbs of boost running 14's it all depends on you , and next time to avoid flaming please be more specific thank you.

damn, too bad u weren't talkin about the 92-98 Si's, then I would had the chance to laugh in ur face at the turbo D series :-P
I've seen a few turbo Si's, of course if u wanna run lots of boost urgonna need to upgrade internals but they seem to manage okay with stock internals on light boost......of course the GSR is still a better foundation for a boost motor..but whatever floats ur boat

Okay...what boost level? What manifold? What turbo? What engine management? What tires? Slicks? Drag suspension? Driver quality? Track surface prep? Exhaust diameter and total bend radius? Car weight?
You give me all of that information and I'll give you an E.T. and trap speed, okay?

just like everyone has been saying.. its to broad of a question.. if you want a decent answer pose the question without so many loose ends... its hard to give out information when there is so little to work with.
Your best bet would be to try the forced induction section as mentioned earlier.
or also try to search "turbocharged b16a2"

Re: (kiddcarbuff)
Its pretty crazy, my friend had 2000 si with a turbo, it had 300hp i can't remember if it was bhp or to the wheels. He blew it up in racing it, then got a built GSR moter. He swore it was alot faster with a turbo
