How do you remove the timing belt from the cams?

How do you remove the timing belt from the cams?
Sorry im new at this, but im at the process of removing the cams, but cant remove them yet until i remove the belt. i know theres something im suppose to loosen first to remove the cams but not sure where its at. I got a b16 motor.

They have a hole inthe timing cover, usually right around engine mount...timing belt tensioner...i believe its a 12 or 14mm bolt

you dont have to take the engine mount off. but must take off some accesories if you have them. also its a 14mm socket you use.
only loosen it a little then the belt with have some stretch
