You need to replace it with one from the local Honda dealership. Your local auto parts stores WILL NOT have them for the rear windshield.

There is no pin to remove. Remove the black cover and then remove the "nut" at the end of the wiper arm and install the new wiper arm/blade.

No problem....you may be better off getting it straight from your local Honda dealership because the s/h charges is going to be more than the tax you will pay.

That's for the whole wiper. You just want the insert. Give them this part number -> 76732-SR3-305 RUBBER, BLADE (275MM) should be more in the $5 - $8 range.

So I searched around to see if I could find a photo since I don't have a 5G Civic.
This is the best I could find.
Based on this image, I'd say you need to go to Honda and buy the appropriate refill. It should be pretty cheap. It looks like the wiper assembly (which is usually replaceable) isn't removable from the arm, or at least not in a way which would be replaceable with normally stocked parts at an auto parts store.

There are two little metal stiffener bars that run along the edge of the wiper rubber blade - be sure to pop them out of your old one and put them in the new one... makes installation a gillion times easier too.
