yeah, no ps really isn't as difficult to drive as people make it out to be. just a little extra effort at low speeds, but there is tons more feedback when you want it(twists and turns).

I had to literally take both of my hands and turn the damn steering wheel.
Unless you're a weakling, no p/s isn't that hard to drive, at all, even parallel parking is easy enough.

You don't turn the wheel when standing still. Start to roll and then turn the wheel. Easy enough.

My car never came with power steering. It isn't really that hard to turn though, only when you are at a complete stop is it tough.

It's something you just get used to. I never had a problem driving my older hatches. Weakling!

my 94 del sol S didnt come with ps, it's not hard to turn at all, you must be realy weak, and if thats the case then you need to take it off for some exercise.

I have drove my del sol both ways. it came with p/s, I took it off and then also later i changed the rack to a manual rack. There is truly no difference other than the manual is better feeling to me personally

You guys wanna talk overboosted power steering, my dad owns a 73 kenworth dump truck, it has dual ps pumps. You can literally take the wheel when it is sitting, and twirl it. it will turn all the way to one side and bounce back the other way. Try getting a feel for the road while driving that.

I didn't like it at first.. but once you get used to it you will love it. Trust me, I had a gsr with all the luxuries and then i got my hatch with NONE of them. The hatch is soo much more fun to drive, but the gsr was way nicer.. Even if i had a gsr or another car with PS now i would take it out. No PS ownz jo0r @$$!!

I drove my friends EF Hatch w a B16 and that thing was hella hard to drive...I had to literally take both of my hands and turn the damn steering wheel. Is it really worth tenths of a second?
back in the day MY crx HF coulnt have run a 20 in the quarter mile.
But a HF with a b16, CTR cams, and an intake did the 1320 in about 13 and a half seconds. So is that worth it you ask???
Hell Yeah!!

Are you serious? Maybe my eg is different but it's easy to drive with no PS and mine never had it. Tried a 95 civic 4 door with PS felt the same. Maybe we are just really buff???
Try driving a 86 Saab 900 3500 #'s with no power steering now that got a bit tricky when at a stop.
It's not worth taking it out no, but it's not worth putting it in either.
EDIT: Just to stand correct I'm talking about taking the rack out or in. Thouse if you disconnect the P/S and loop the hose to the rack your turn ratio is better than us standerd non power steering people. That is a track tip for you.

its like first riding a bicycle...its hard at first, then you dont even have to think about it.
I didnt have p/s because my older car's a/c didnt work, so i took it out...now with my sol, i have everything, but i drove my hommies honda without p/s, noticed at first when pulling out of the sidewalk, then drove around and forgot about it, even turned with 1 hand. and im 120 5'10 im not buff
