There are a couple of bolts that go into the block Remove those and when you let the gases out of the hoses make sure it's outside so you dont accidently kill yourself. If that's not enough info for you get a Helms manual or pay to have a shop do it.

this is HIGHLY illegal.
take the car to a certified AC shop, have them evacuate it.
and if you ever plan to use the AC again you need to plug the lines but if you are removing it for good it dosent matter.

FYI, i just took mine out and it weighs about 35lbs plus your taking some stress off the motor.
