How do I jump the service connector on a
'99 Civic?
I'm having the same issues as on this post with the systems coming up as NOT READY

theres 2 ways, you can use those pocket scanner or the other way is there is a plug on the passenger side under the glove box... 2 harness that plugs to nothing just jump the one with 2 wires going to the harness...

Thanks. I'll take a look on the passenger side. Can you please elaborate a bit on what you mean by " 2 harness that plugs to nothing just jump the one with 2 wires going to the harness..."
