I did a post on this last summer but can't seem to find it on a search. It's a lot of work and about 75-200 for parts depending on where & how much you get them for. If you're serious send me your e-mail address and I will send you the "how to". I can't repost because I'm not allowed to do "attachments".

^^^ that was a WEAK link (no pun intended).
Here's a legitimate one for the OP:

I believe "SuspendedHatch" is a veteran member on H-T.

Thanks! I obviously don't know how to use search even though i've read the instructions.
I never once out of 50 times found anything ever on a search. I try key word nouns and verbs with " " around them still no luck. The search engine sucks as it is too complicated and should work just like google or whatever.

DON'T use that simplistic search. I don't even know why they keep it there. NO wonder there are so many repeat posts asking the same things over and over. Use the search in the MAIN MENU next to the Arcade link. Type in your keywords, specific forum and author name. If there are instructions on how to built an atomic bomb on this site you should be able to find it. There's a sticky that also explains this but in much more detail.

And as always you can search all of HT by using Google.

Your "DIYs" and "tutorials" I find to be very vague and at times confusing.

^^^ hahaha...your last comment is hilarious....but anyways, the link I provided should work for the '98 Civics with some or little variations.

nvturbo, The guy is asking for a 98 civic which is totally different than the 92-95 you posted. The pictures are great but they are all wrong as none of the parts look like that.
You also don't have to drop the steering column if you don't want to. I didn't.

Re: How do I install Cruise Control in my 98 Civic DX?
It seems like every time I do a mod I forget to take pictures of the process.
I usually develop a plan and just tear into it till it's done?

Well you can do it the OEM way or you can use an aftermarket cruise control kit.
The aftermarket ones work but are ugly. The aftermarket way will be the easy way.
Its a big complected process to get it by going the OEM route.
If you follow the directions laid out by DeSchlong he covers the process really well but its for the Eg. You can find links to his writeups in the FAQ.
Luckily the process is very similar if you want to do it on an EK.
This is on my list of things to do. There will be a write up for it coming sometime but i can't say when. I have other things that have to happen before i can even get to doing the cruise control install...

^ Might be "easier" but end result of the OEM route is a really clean install. Definitely worth the "extra" time, in my books, and you'll be really happy with the end result. Plus you'll learn a lot about your car! I did! It was my first project ever on mine - I was a total newb.
