Give us a break kid. Nobody is going to give you a step by step for changing a rod bearing. If you have to ask you can't do it.

Theres not alot of things that i would agree to this statement for but this is one of them. Bearings are not to be messed with (unless its a "who gives a **** motor" and never going to run). Find someone that has done this before and knows how to plastigauge and have at it. If not i suggest shop.

Exactly. If you really have to ask, you probably cant do it.
If you really just want to try go buy a Helms manual...that will tell you how.

Stay in school. Communication skills and proper English will get you a whole lot further in life than E-Thugging and trying to save what's left of your E-reputation on Honda-Tech.
Just change her rod bearing and call it a day.
