How to Change Headlight Bulb (99 EX)
I have a 99 Civic EX. My low beam went out on me and I'm tryin to get the thing replaced. I can't seem to get it out of the head light assembly to save my life. Does it just twist and turn out or is it screwed in?
Do you have to remove the head light itself to get the bulbs out of it?

first you remove the plug thats attached to the headlight bulb
then you pull off the rubber surround that protects the headlight bulb from water
lastly you should feel a metal wire that kinda "clip" the bulbs in place, to loosen it you feel for a clip end and press toward the front of the car and move it up or down... it should eventually become free and let the bulb come loose
