I'm hoping that's just dirt around the edges...
I don't think Racing Harts are replica'd.

Unfortunately they are...the subzeros are modeled very closely after mine(cp035) the only difference (besides the cp035s being like 20 lbs lighter...not really but they are much lighter) is the holes between the lugs, on mine(and all true cp035s) they are rounded where as the rotas have a more straight line cut.
Also if they are real they probally should have some kind of badging in the insde of the wheel with japnese writing and a serial #(this seems to be true with all high end jdm rims). Another way to tell if they are knockoffs or not is to look and see if all the stickers are in exactly the same spot on the other rims.
I will say I've never seen those rims before or the racing hart logo that looks like that. so because of that I don't think they are legit, like already mentioned they look very close to a set of motegi mr8

another thing to consider is usually an expensive name like racing hart would not do multible bolt pattern on one wheel, i think thats like something more ghetto ricey wheels do so people can swap em on different cars easier. im not sure about that, but its kinda logical.
