I would worry more of how the clutch disc looks. Is it glazed at all? You might want to replace it, depending on how it looks. But i would resurface the flywheel for sure.

i bought the clutch and pressure plate together, than the flywheel about a week later but i installed it all at the same time about 6 months ago... everythings been fine since then, an the pads on the clutch still look like they have some life on them...
heres a pic i just snapped of clutch an pressure plate, u tell me what it looks like... when i rub my finger i cant feel any grooves its completely smooth but it just has that weird look, an i remember i saw that not to long ago an someone called it a "hotspot" saying its cuz oil leaking into my transmission area from the rear main going bad...
