horn problem for 99 civic
my horn doesn't work on my 99 civic ex. i've checked the fuses under the hood and under the dash. i keep hearing a clicking sound under my dashboard when i press on my horn button. i'm thinking it could be the rear defroster relay if it connected to the horn. any suggestions ?

Check the horn it self. It might be out or the plug is messed up. Or check to see if the screw holding the horn is coming loose. Its located somewhere in the front of the car, in the back of your bumper.
