Ok so I bought my 94 ex and shortly after I began driving it regularly, I noticed that the clutch interlock switch had been bypassed. The other day I decided to try to fix my horn issue. It doesn't sound when I push the button. The relay clicks, the ground is good, the fuse is good, the coil inside the horn is good, I replaced the relay with a known good one thinking the contacts may had been worn, still nothing. No power is getting to the horn at all. I was just wondering if maybe the clutch interlock being constantly grounded could cause the problems I'm having with the horn

No it will not.

Test the horn by connecting it directly to a battery. You can have a faulty horn that has continuity but it will not sound.

I already have. I also replaced with a known good one. I've looked at the wiring diagram and the only thing I can think of is that I have a wire that is broken.

Check the white/green wire (#2) of C220 under the bumper cover at the horn itself. Test for voltage to ground. It should be hot always.

If you get 12 volts from pin 2 to body ground check pin 1 at C220 blue/red wire for resistance to body ground when someone presses the horn button. If it's 12 ohm's or less you have shown all the wiring and relays to be working properly and the horn itself is faulty.

If either wire test fails, that leg of the wiring is where your wiring issue lies.

I have the same problem of no horn, but mine i have tracked down to the clock spring or on your diagram the coil reel. Mine was a bit easier to diagnose since it also effected my SRS and cruise. Just have to pull the wheel and install the new one and I am set. I hope this helps.

The clock spring is good. I've narrowed it down to a bad ground. When I get time I'm gonna make sure the connection between the relay and G401 is ok when the horn button is pressed. Thanks for the help guys. If anyone has any more suggestions, they are much appreciated.

Relay clicks when you press the button means that everything on the left side of the diagram is good.

If you jump the blu/red wire at the relay to ground, horn should sound. Then if you jump the black wire to ground AND press the button, horn should sound.
