First of all, get a b16 head as it is better flowing and a B16 or ITR tranny w/ shorter gears. You're also going to want some ITR or skunk2 cams along with an OBD1 p28 or p72 EDU chipped and tuned. That Skunk2 manifold you want will only make power in the 7000-10000 rpm range w/ out tuning. Good luck with the build.

Get a better ECU than an ITR ECU you'de be better off w/ a chipped/tuned OBD1 P28 or P72. You might also want to look into some Rage or Hytech or SMSP headers, these will cost around $500 but make a lot more power than the JDM ITR 4-1 headers. Also look into a Comptech Ice Box, some high compression pistons, and an LSD and some sticky summer tires to put the power to the ground.
