Default honda not getting power from battery

So earlier today I hit a bad bump, and I bent my cat an broke the o2 sensor and the speed stopped working on the cluster. So i made it home an all that, but later on I went to schucks to check why cel light came on, and I never made it to the store, my car died on the way there, all the power would go out and when id put it in gear the car bogs down and shuts off, an when I try starting it, it would make the clicking noise like the batteries dead, then i jump started it, and it drove for another 5min and the car dies again.. it ran good yesterday, vtec cracked an all... its a 99 civic ex with b18c swap

Are you seriously asking this question? Did you fix these issues?
