Is the problem only at idle?

If so, you might want first to clean the IACV:

Is your check engine light on? Any overheating?

There are many other things to check first, he needs to be more descriptive of the problem.

I have no light on. It seems okay when tha ac is off but when its on its like it does not have a high enough rev to support tha ac system. I ran a seafoam treatment and no luck. If it wasnt for that I wouldnt even no the car was on.

when i had my old sohc motor in my car, i would turn the a/c on and the cars rpms would drop alittle but i think thats normal. cause your a/c needs alittle more power from the motor to run. from what your describing, thts sound normal to me. But then again i could be wrong. just my $.02

When the A/C is turned ON, a signal is sent to the ECU to increase the engine idle rpm to compensate for the increased engine load. You may want to troubleshoot a potential problem in this circuit.

I agree. Your DIY is more appropriate. The link I provided is still useful as it gives a general method for IACV cleaning that can be helpful.

you didn't even give us enough info to help you out with. All you said was "it idle rough" or whatever. If you think this is bad, wait 'till you go into some of the other forums. They'll bury you alive.

If you think Poondas are so bad, why don't you go ask for help in your VFub forums then?

LOL I hope so man, a turbo V6 vs. 4 cyl. Where are you going 155 mph? On a track I hope. BTW Honda's wishbone suspension is excellent.

Anyway, back to your idle problem, can you describe the issue a little better? I gave you a link to my IACV write up, but I have a feeling that the IACV is not the problem.
