Honda Civic Ex Coupe FP?
Hey all.
I did do a search but turned up with no results.
I just read through Road & Track magazine and read a pretty cool article on Honda Factory Performance. Part of the article was about an Ex coupe FP. The article said it has stiffer/lower springs, 16in alloys, side skirts, 160bhp, ect. For about $4500 extra.
My question is this, how do they get 160bhp from the 7th gen Civic? The article didn’t list the difference between the stock and FP engines.
Thanks in advance.
Ian
Also. please forgive me for my lack of knowledge

I saw that too, I am wondering if they mixed up the Si engine and the EX (which is around 127 i believe). If not, wow, Si coupe for ya. Rick

last time i checked 160hp was not part of the FP deal.
If so you may have confused reading the Si FP deal with the EX's...ive seen no hints of that on 7gcivic.com, and the FP thing has been brought up a great deal.

Oh yeah, tell me how to get 160hp out of a d17, in basically stock form, I would be a god here.

i remeber that article, im not sure but i think it was listing "possible" options that honda may further implement to offer to the "sport enthusiast" crow.
