hollow out a cat?
Is it true that when you get a swap done you have to hollow your cat out because so the gases can flow thru easily and if you dont theres a chance yuou might blow the engine? oh and its recommended to get bigger piping

hollowing out a car is never necessary, i dont think anyway. the bigger piping really depends on what your old engine was and what youre new one is. for instance if you have a stock cx motor and youre putting in an h22 youre probably gonna want bigger piping

Hollowing out a cat is not a really good idea, just get a high-flow cat or test pipe (if you don't need to worry about noise or emissions), but seeing as how you're in California, I wouldn't. BTW, nice avatar ek2k ;[
