High idle and sputtering

High idle and sputtering
Well my problem in the morning when i turn on my car to warm it up it idles at 3K for a couple minutes then starts bouncing up and down from 1k-3k once it warms up its stops bouncing second when i hold a low steady speed like 25mph it starts to sputter any HELP will be greatly appreciated.
