Default Hi to Honda-Tech.

Hey everyone, long time reader, first time poster...lol

Just wanted to introduce myself to the H-T community. Name is Arif, currently driving a 1996 Civic Hatch, F20B powered, cloaked in Champ White, and sprung on Teins.

Want to say thanks to H-T for all the info I have learned, as this is my first FWD, my First Honda, and my First N/A ride. Through all the whips I have gone thru, I wonder why it has taken me so long to get here...

Welcome. I'm sure you're aware of wide based info on here.

Glad to see you've used it. There's a lot of others where ignorance owns them.

Glad to see you around.

Wanted to try something different. I really toyed with the idea of a Honda for a LONG time. Up until about 18 months ago I hated Honda's in all honesty *zipping up flame suit* But met some people who are now very close friends and they changed my veiws on the Honda/Acura's. So I began the search. Was going to pick up a friends 00 ITR, but that fell through, and ended up wanting to build a CTR. Now CTR's in my city, there are about 3 or 4 that people have built, so it would be pretty "common" toyed with the premise of an H series, or a GSR mill as well...but came across this and there are only 2 F20B's in my city powering Civic's.

Nice ride. The cool **** about the F20 is that you can put on a H22 head with very little fabrication, they ya got some serious **** if ya want to. Can I assume it bolts in the same way a H22 would cause the blocks are so similar?

That car is hella clean. You don't see too many people with F20s. for originality.

clean ride. I like the mirros. Couldn't find enough money for the fender and quarter panel thin moldings?? or is that just a part of your originality? haha just messing with you. It's cool to see an F series in a civic, i dont see it being done often. How do you like it?

The mouldings on the doors came thin...and I am waiting on the rest of them to finish the car off...lol...

The F in thh EK is great...but trying to explain it to people is becoming very tedious...most assume it's an H when they see it, and because I had the V.C. black for that show to match the wheels, people see it and say GSR...but meh...it pulls reallly nice...and is fairly decent enough to boot around town in tourqe wise...
