Default HFP Honda 16 inch wheels

I am about to buy a set locally for a good price. I understand that the offset is different from my the Del Sol ( the Fit is 4x100 with 55 offset). Is this going to look ridiculous on my car without buying spacers?

I did a search but came up with very little.

Help.

All Del Sol (EG1,2; EH6) have stock offset +45 as far as I can find.

This means if you mount +55 wheels these will be 10mm more inward than stock.

So you could get rubbing issues, hit suspension parts, and straight-line stability will degrade (somewhat), steering will be (somewhat) heavier due to a more positive offset.

Usually lower offset wheels are used in the Honda tuning scene.

Here are the same wheels on my teggy. They dont rub one bit. I am going to get spacers because they do sit in a little bit. But overall I am not having any issues with running these

An Integra, at least a Type-R, has stock offset 50, so 5 less than a Fit.

I don't know for sure for a 4d (DB8) but I suppose it's the same.

Im not sure of the factory offset, the car to me drives the same just looks a little different with the wheels sunk in a little bit more. But new studs and a 10mm spacer will solve that problem

Well I picked up the wheels tonight. They were brand new, local and relatively cheap. I guess I have to find some wheel spacers. Any thoughts on the best place to buy them?

These will work in principle, yes, getting your offset back to stock.

Don't know if H&R is a quality brand though for such stuff, you should check (it could vey well be, I just don't know).

Also check whether you wouldn't need extended lug bolts (they appear to be provided with that H&R set).

Did some research on the web. The spacers look to be good quality and so I bought two sets.

Your car looks great. Is it lowered? Do you have any rubbing problems with the wheels?

it is lowered at time it was about 3/4 way all the way down in front and 1/2 in rear (because of the oem sleeve on strut which i then cut off) but they had 205/ 55/ 16 tires and well i rubbed in front some what...but if you know how to drive a lowered car you should be fine...i would of been able to not rub at all if i didnt use spacers....i got some newer pics of the car slammed on si wheels to show difference in ride height compared to this...this was as low as i could go honestly..oh and my front fenders were rolled...

Are you using any particular type of wheel locks?
