Default Help...window not working and no power to door

Hey all,

I have a 2000 Si coupe with power windows/doors and last week my passenger window was acting funny and at times stopped working. After a couple bangs on the door it worked again. Well now the window and door lock have stopped working completely and it seems that I have no power to the door. I checked the fuse and it is fine. About 3 years ago someone busted the passenger window and kicked a huge dent into the door. It was fixed at a body shop and has been working fine since.

I'm not a mechanic and I don't know what the problem could be. My only thoughts are that a loose wire may have become disconnected, or that the window motor is bad.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

when you lock the doors with the switch on the drivers side, does the pass door lock? if so youre gettin power to the door.

ok, with the door fully open, when you look near the hinges, you should see a rubber boot that contains wires. You should pull back the rubber boot and make sure that the connector is plugged in.

No prob I appreciate the help!

As far as I know the speakers are working but I don't know for sure. I won't have access to the car until tomorrow so I can't check anything right now.

Ok, well check to see if the speaker has power or not. If no, then most likely the wire harness for the door has come unplugged. LMK what you find.
